Pediatric Sleep Disorders: Their Presentations and Implications
Dr. Davidson-Ward is currently the Head of the Division of Pediatric Pulmonology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Keck Medical School of USC.
Triple boarded in Pediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology, and Sleep Medicine, Dr. Sally Ward also serves as the Medical Director for the CHLA Sleep Center.
Dr. Ward earned her M.D. at the University of California, Irvine. She completed her internship and residency at Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center and her fellowship at Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
She has been feature in Super Doctors, Best Doctors, and Pasadena Top Doctors of 2012.
Dr. Ward’s research focus is on sleep disordered breathing, control of breathing, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, and sleep related breathing problems in obesity.
Key clinical interests are sleep related breathing disorders, chronic respiratory failure, special needs children with pulmonary disorders, asthma, and chronic lung disease of infancy.
